1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of her-rhythms.com and any related pages, forms, emails and text messages (together, the "Site"), operated by Her Rhythms, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company ("Her Rhythms," "we," "us"). By using the Site, joining the Founders' Circle waitlist, taking our quiz or contacting us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Pre-launch status
PeriPak™ is not yet available for purchase. It is scheduled to launch on January 4, 2027. Product details, formulas, packaging, pricing and launch timing described on the Site are our current plans and may change before launch. Joining the Founders' Circle is free, does not create an order or reservation, and does not obligate you to buy anything. Terms of sale, shipping and returns will be published before PeriPak goes on sale.
3. Not medical advice
Content on the Site, including articles, quiz results and app previews, is for general educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare provider. Talk with your healthcare provider before starting any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or managing a health condition. Statements about dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
4. Emails
If you join the Founders' Circle or opt in on the Site, you agree to receive emails from Her Rhythms about launch news, early access and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
5. Text messages (SMS)
If you check the box to receive text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Her Rhythms at the mobile number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@her-rhythms.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing purposes. 6. Your use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information in any form you submit. You may not attempt to interfere with the Site's operation, access it by automated means for improper purposes, or submit content that is unlawful, harmful or infringes anyone's rights.
7. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including the Her Rhythms and PeriPak names, logos, text, graphics and design, are owned by or licensed to Her Rhythms and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our written permission.
8. Messages and feedback you send us
If you send us questions, feedback or ideas, you agree we may use them to improve our products and services without obligation to you. Please do not send us confidential medical information through the Site.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to or use third-party websites and services (for example, email and text messaging providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and its content, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Her Rhythms will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
